EthioArchive provides digital infrastructure, intelligent document processing pipelines, and sovereign data management systems for institutional and enterprise clients operating in Ethiopia.

2. User Obligations

You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable Ethiopian laws and data sovereignty regulations. You must ensure you have lawful authority to digitize and manage records submitted through our systems.

3. Data Sovereignty

We operate exclusively on in-country infrastructure unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You maintain full ownership of all data processed, managed, or indexed through our services.

4. Security and Access

Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials and managing role-based access for their staff using our platform. EthioArchive is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised local credentials.

5. Service Availability

While we architect our systems for high availability and offline resilience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notification to our institutional partners.

6. Liability Limitation

To maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EthioArchive, its affiliates, and deployment partners shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system usage.

7. Amendments

We reserve right to modify these terms at any time. Significant material changes will be communicated directly to system administrators before taking effect.
